As a ceramic designer, I am particularly interested in the notions of re-interpret, translate and revive. My work begins practically-minded, asking concrete utilitarian and material questions that look beyond the production-cycle into what is discarded.
My practice engages in and grows through collaborative works. Through the possibility of direct production, I am able to adapt designs on the customers’ needs and stay in direct exchange with the field. Through this, I have developed a product-oriented approach that emphasizes upcycling and new material research.
